Delivery Policy

Our aim is for an attendance of 45 – 85 minutes of the deposit paid, unless a request has been made for an alternative time and date otherwise.

Our national average attendance time is 45 minutes, day or night.

Payments made go towards the hourly rate and parts if required, we do not charge a call out fee.

The tradesman’s time starts from the time of arrival.

All payments are to be paid immediately on the job completion.

Cancellations, Return and Refund Policy

Once a deposit has been paid then this will not be subject to a refund, unless you call back within 5 minutes as a tradesman could already be on the way to assist you.

If a tradesman arrives to your property and you have not cancelled but no longer need the services, then the minimum cost of 1 hour still applies.

We also adhere to all guidelines set by PayPal.

If an engineer can not get to you within 5 hours we will give you an immediate refund if not rescheduled.
